Simplifying and aggregating users' social media notifications

I started work on a mock app inspired by Ryan Howard's Wuphf.com service from The Office. In this app, you can connect various social media apps so you can view all your conversations and notifications from one location.

I will continue working on this app in the future, adding new screens and polishing up the UI.
